🎮 GCM Mode Playnite Fix: A general fix for Playnite has been implemented.
New Playnite Integration: We now use the official Playnite protocol for a more stable integration. Important: You must update Playnite to the latest version for this to work, as this was a special implementation for GCM by the Playnite team.
Multi-Controller Support: You can now use up to four controllers simultaneously. This is perfect for when your handheld is docked to a TV.
Improved Navigation: We've streamlined navigation. LB/RB controls have been removed, and the Left Stick is now the primary way to navigate.
🎨 New Game Artwork Logic for Steam Games Local Steam Artwork: GCM now has built-in logic to find and display cover art locally for your Steam games.
No Key Required: This ensures your artwork displays even without a SteamGridDB API key.
SteamGridDB as Fallback: SteamGridDB remains active as a backup. If GCM can't find the local art, it will search SteamGridDB as a fallback.
Flexible Logic: You can keep both methods enabled, and GCM will use whichever source finds the image first.
⚙️ GCM Settings GCM Task Manager: You will find two new toggles in the GCM Settings. These allow you to make the Windows taskbar and Start menu invisible for a cleaner interface, or keep them visible if needed.
🚀 New Onboarding & Autologon New Onboarding: A new, streamlined onboarding process has been implemented which connects to our new website.
Windows Autologon: This feature is now available during the new onboarding, allowing you to set up Windows to sign in automatically without a password.
